the terroir

Retablo Feudi Castellazzo cultivates 50 ectares of vineyards, located at about 12 miles from the sea.

The cultivated vine varieties are:

Whites I.G.P. Terre Siciliane e Sicilia D.O.C.:
chardonnay, catarratto, grillo, zibibbo, inzolia, damaschino, trebbiano.

Reds I.G.P. Terre Siciliane e Sicilia D.O.C.:
nero d’avola, cabernet, syrah, merlot, frappato, pignatello, petit verdot.

The whole production is run in adherence to the organic certified system as defined by the EU.
